| dc.description.abstract | The Holocaust Center, Boston North, presents its annual educational conference for high school students (grades 9-12) at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School, Peabody, Mass, to increase awareness of past and present violations of human rights. As shown by this video, the conference featured the testimony of Cambodian genocide survivor Sayon Souen, Rwandan genocide survivor Claude Kaitare, and Holocaust survivor Sonia Weitz. It also included an introduction by Michael Bonfanti (Mayor, City of Peabody) and Harriet Tarnor Wacks (Education Director, Holocaust Center). | en_US |
