Abstract

Alan Dershowitz talks on Israel and the Holocaust during a presentation at Congregation Mishkan Tefila in Chestnut Hill, Boston, sponsored by Holocaust Center, Boston North, as the keynote of a Kristallnacht anniversary ceremony. The presentation is preceded by candle lighting by Sonia Weitz, welcome by Herb Belkin (director of remembrance at the Holocaust Center), greetings by Meir Shlomo (Israeli Consul to New England), greetings by the congregation's Rabbi Michael Menitoff, greetings by Dr. Robert McAndrews (Chair, Holocaust Center), poetry reading by Sonia Weitz, and introduction by Alan Ronkin (Jewish Community Relations council); the presentation is followed by a Q&A session with Dershowitz and closing remarks by Herb Belkin.
