It is topped by an arch displaying the biblically-derived quote of "Whosever Will Let Will Come" (from Revelations 22:17) and features below it a large Christian cross draped in flowers with American stripes at its center. A group of unidentified girls are sitting on the float, and a sign stating "Free Churches, Free Schools" is displayed on the float to the right.
