dc.description.abstract | Nurses are expected to provide the highest form of nursing care to all patients. Patients are the most important stakeholder in the health care environment. They deserve to receive excellent care from qualified highly trained nurses. Numerous nursing organizations believe that to maintain the highest standard of practice more importantly in a specialty, nurses need to be certified.
