Abstract
In this project, students share an idea for addressing basic math operations in Braille, a tactile reading and writing system consisting of raised dots organized into cells of up to 6 dots. The project demonstrates associations between letters and Braille symbology, as well as numbers, and proposes some calculations to be performed in Braille. Finally, the group shares a QR code that allows access to a game—Braille number bingo—that can be developed with students aged 9 and 10, from an inclusive perspective.
