Abstract
The Holocaust Center of the North Shore (Jewish Federation) commemorates Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day) with a program held at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School, Peabody, Massachusetts. The program includes introduction by Rabbi Samuel Kenner; poetry by Sonia Weitz; interfaith commemoration with Father Frank Tosti, Rabbi Abraham Morhaim, Reverend Wayne Underhill, and Cantor Samuel Levitsky; keynote speech by Elizabeth Holtzman (introduced by Janet Miller); presentation by Harriet Wacks of the center's Service Award to Zelda Kaplan; anthem singing; and closing remarks by Rabbi Kenner along with remarks by Sonia Weitz.
